If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered delivery and it took TWO HOURS to get there. 4 simple rolls and miso soup. Shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes max. Delivery driver was rude too. Awful service

The food was good. My only complaint is that I requested no water chestnuts in my curry chicken dish and it was loaded with water chestnuts. I have a food aversion to water chestnuts as a result of an unpleasant laundry room experience in a rest home.

Ginger Root is fantastic! The food is consistently good and the family that runs the place is so nice. They really go the extra mile to ensure that you have a wonderful time. We get take out occasionally and have eaten dinner at Ginger Root on many evenings. For your money, the best deal by far is the lunch buffet, especially if you're a sushi fan like me and our daughters. Whether you eat at the restaurant or get take out, you will definitely be pleased!

Stick with the sushi at this place. The other things are just okay. Service when you dine in is slow but the sushi seems to be made with care and is delicious.

Every time we order something is missing. Yesterday it was the spring rolls and the sauce for the scallops with mixed vegetables. I understand a single mistake but there are consistent mistakes. We will no longer order any food or go to the restaurant.
