Delivery was on schedule; no problems there. The web site was a bit annoying (this is Hunan Cafe's issue, not BeyondMenu): the restaurant has three branches, including one in Reston and one in Sterling. I live pretty much between the two, and tried the Reston store first. I made my selections, tried to check out, and THEN was told that they didn't deliver to my location. I had to re-enter my selections before trying to order from Sterling (which worked fine).
As for Hunan Cafe's food:
The "egg rolls" were what I'd have called spring rolls, but that's probably a regional thing. They were small, apparently vegetarian, and rather bland. The Peking Duck was pretty good. The pancakes were well packaged -- not soggy or sticky. The skin wasn't crisp, though; it would have benefited from being packed separately from the rest of the duck, with ventilation. My daughter complained that the Egg Drop Soup tasted metallic. I love Hot and Sour soup, but this version was just OK. It was pretty bland. The Green Beans Szechuan Style had a pleasant bit of a kick to them, and the Hunan Chicken wasn't exceptional, but was pretty good.
I'd order from them again, changing my selections based on what I wrote above.
