I waited nearly two hours for my meal, so when I finally called them I was told my food was left downstairs in the lobby and no one reached to say my food has arrived. Incompetent food service.

The shrimp fried rice was bad it was undone and meat undone .What has happened delivery always great. I have spent hundreds with this company. I do not expect to be treated this way but chicken taste like it was never done just to get a golden coat otherwise it was mush I don't appreciate that because literally I have spent hundreds if not thousands.

Well, the food came quickly which is good. However, we have always received Broccoli with the orders (the way they should be) and they have been substituting green pepper lately, not what we wanted. Also 2 of the last 4 times there was a decent size bone shard (3/4" to 1" long) in the breaded/fried dark meat chicken. Not sure if we'll be ordering this anymore for worries of choking or biting into one. Could be new chef we don't know...
