Ichiban is well known for great sushi. My experience lived up to those expectations. I ordered $180+ worth of sushi and it was all prepared properly, looked and tasted amazing. Highly recommended!

The food came out great and delicious. The only issue I had was that I received shrimp teriyaki instead of salmon teriyaki that I ordered. They were the same price anyways though.

The teriyaki was a little dry and just lightly glazed with teriyaki sauce, the rest of the food is great though. Service is great as well. Food is ready as soon as we arrive.

Never enough soy sauce. The first order I placed a couple weeks ago I didn't get any. I can't understand why I would have to ask for it for sushi. This recent order was for three people, I asked for three soy sauces and only got two. It's fine if you want to be stingy with your soy sauce, at least give us the three containers so we can split it.
