The food is good but the service is horrible. When ordered on the app our total came to $40 when paying at the restaurant we were charged almost $10 more. Called and they refused to talk about it

I normally don't have any issue with them here but this time around was a complete disappointment. General chicken was old and soggy, chicken fried rice was old and had burnt chunks in it. That is just a tip of it of the issues.

We swore by this place. This was our favorite Chinese restaurant in Ingram country. This time, we ordered vegetarian lomein. It was noodles. It used to have TONS OF VEGETABLES in in. Everything we ordered had VERY LITTLE VEGETABLES in it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The spring rolls were cabbage only & little of that. Ridiculous. There were 3 pieces of chicken in the chicken fried rice. The only thing that hasn’t gotten SUPER CHEAP - was the chicken sticks. We will call them & express our disappointment & then either find a new Chinese restaurant or they’ll recognize that it’s ridiculous and cheap.

It was a solid 4...food was ready when I got there to pick it up. Imperial Garden by far has the best Crab Rangoons in the area. My wife's chicken Mei fun was really nice, plenty of veggies and chicken. Very tasty. My Chicken Lo Mein was just "OKAY". There wasnt much chicken in it and very few veggies as well. The worse part was the pasta was over cooked to the point of being mushy. My fear is that it wasn't made to order but, rather scooped off of the evening buffet. Usually we have good luck with Imperial Garden maybe we caught them on a bad night.

We love this restaurant! Food is very good...does not taste like everything is cooked in same wok. Great crab Rangoon and we usually order enough food to qualify for a coupon for eight free Rangoon!
