I understand that it was 14th of February, but I ordered food and ETA was 45 minutes, but I was waiting over 1.5 hrs. The problem is that the restaurant didn’t keep me informed and updated they there running behind the schedule. Also, that didn’t offer me any discount or presents from restaurant.

They got my order wrong. One of the rolls was not at all what I ordered. Also, sushi didn’t taste fresh this time. I have been coming to this place for many years and my experience has always been great until the last 3 times (in a row). Not sure what’s changed....

Everything is always amazing from Sake. The make the best Kung Pao. The Basil noodle is A+ all the signature rolls are amazing. Vocation, Fire, and Spicy Crispy are my top favs. They're really quick and friendly.

Best sushi in the Northwest Suburbs by far. Their sashimi is super fresh and tastes amazing. Great service and awesome atmosphere if you dine in. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sushi. Being able to carry out is super nice too and we do this fairly often as well.

Great price for two rolls, soup and salad. The salad dressing lacked flavor, but the rolls were good. Ready in about 15 minutes from the time you order.

All items ordered were fine, but in some ways dine- in is better than carryout. The rice sent with the meals ordered was a bit small compared to what is provided dine-in, extras like ginger for the rolls were in one case missing, and soy sauce packets for rolls would have been nice.
