horrible attitude of workers and service.. food smelled funny as if not fresh ingredients. through 2 out of 3 entire meal away and returned rice to delivery person who was rude

We love Phoenix and order from them often (at least once a week). This was the first time we were disappointed. It took about an hour and a half for the food to arrive and when it did, it was cold. We also ordered a 2-liter bottle of soda and were given 2 20 oz bottles and a can. We really do love Phoenix and maybe they were just having a bad day. Again, after ordering with them for years, this is the first disappointment. Better luck next time, we hope.

Not typically a fan of takeout Chinese restaurants. They never taste the same as the traditional sit down places. Phoenix is the exception. Their food is prepared in old fashioned traditional ways. They don't load the dishes with bell pepper as filler and are very accommodating to customize your dish. The food is fresh and tasty and priced well. Until we tried it, we always drove miles to our regular restaurant when we wanted take out. Now if we want to stay in, we are happy to run over to Phoenix. The employees are very courteous and friendly.
