It took nearly two hours and two phone calls to get our food. It snowed, so the roads were a little messy, but still. We'll try it again maybe when we can eat in the restaurant.

We got plain Naan instead of garlic and the Mango Lassi tasted like it went bad unfortunately. But everything else was great!

Masala is our favorite Indian delivery. Both kids love the Dal Makhani and the adults like everything. Great vegetarian options. When a rare order hiccup happens, they quickly resolve and give you free extras.

i waited an hour for my food and then walked to the restaurant from the event i was at. they had no idea about my order until i showed them the confirmation screen. it had gone out with the delivery driver at some point and sat in his car long enough for the pakoras to be soggy. serves me right for ordering delivery when i was so near and thinking it would save me trouble!

First time trying food -- very good and we enjoyed our meal. However, it was incomplete - we ordered and paid for rice which was not included which was too bad as its definitely a key component to the meal

Everything was great except for one thing. The driver did not come up to my apartment to deliver the food. I was still in my pj"s and she asked me to go down to the lobby of my building. Other than that, everything was great!
