We normally have great food. Tonight must have been an off night. Anything breaded had a crispy outer layer but the inside part of the crust near the meat was soft, mushy and odd. The sauces all seemed water down as well. Normally food is great.

Two plates ordered, only one was satisfactory. One plate, house rice noodles, was good. There second, general Taos chicken, was not completed correctly, add on crab Rangoon not included as ordered, and the rice wasn't fully prepared. This is an oddity, China delight is 99% perfect. I'll definitely try again
