its been a while since I've ordered from you, it seems to me the egg rolls have changed a lot, the ones I got was awful, the other issue was the steak was so tough and chewy, was not able to eat. everything else was fine like it use to be

Food is always great, BUT they kinda dropped the ball on service this time, Online ordered waited 20mins before going to pickup order, had to wait nearly an additional 40mins for then had to back because part of order not in bag.

My order was not exactly what we ordered we ordered one pineapple chicken with fried rice yet was given two orders with white we received no chopsticks when we requested extra chopsticks. With as much as we spend here you we could get a correct order

The bento boxes themselves were good as always. However, the egg drop soup wasn't edible. It was almost gelatinous, had a scorched taste, and smelt horrible. The sushi was falling apart as well.
