Prawns with peapods was only peapods and prawns no other veg and no sauce. pretty bland. Crab Rangoon was greasy and soggy even though the container was vented. Eaten here before and the food was great, not so much this time.

The delivery was slower than expected but the food was delicious, especially the crab rangoon and the wor wonton soup. Sweet n sour pork would be edible, if the last meal on earth - sauce was runny and the pork was not very crispy.

took way too long to deliver. 65 minutes. your site doesn't estimate delivery time. i could have ordered, drove there and brought it back in 1/2 the time. that's not convenience. the food was warm, so that's a plus.

Incredibly fast delivery. Pot stickers delicious as usual. Not so much for the sesame chicken which had inconsistent sizes of chicken resulting in the majority of the pieces being small, dry and tough and a few larger pieces thicker and juicier. Sesame seeds simply dumped on the contents before putting the top on the container. Not up to the their normally delicious standards.

Delivery person called from his car outside my building instead of delivering my order to my door. I had to go outside to retrieve my order. I expect delivery to be made to my door which is easily accessible from the street.

I love Red Jade. I've been eating there with my family for years. This was the first time I ever how food delivered however. I've always had a great experience with dine in. However when I got my food delivered one of the dishes was missing. When I called to see if maybe the driver had just forgotten it and to see if I could have it delivered they said no and that because of the neighborhood I lived in in the city it would be too far for them to bring a new one back. They offered to refund me of the cost of the dish which was fine but I think I'll stick to dining in from now on.

Love this place!! Great food,delivery is always fast & food hot! I always get the fresh chicken wonton soup,you get a lot and broth dark,and yummy.Great if your feeling a cold or are cold!! You get 3 egg rolls,always fresh & good. YOU have to try the pot stickers ,very yummy
