Usually the food from No. 1 is great, but it has really gone downhill and we won’t order from them again. There were no vegetables in the vegetable lo mein, zero flavor in the chicken and broccoli.

I bought lunch for my principals and bookkeeper. Everything was great except the chicken wings. They were very dry and my VP had to throw them away. The food was here at the time requested, it was hot, and everything else was great. We order several times a year from here and this is my only bad experience. I fully recommend eating here.

Our food was good but our order was VERY wrong. When we called and told them about this, they didn't want to give us our corrected food. Instead, they wanted to give us a credit. Well, as we told them, there were allergies in the household that made the food completely inedible. It was very frustrating that they didn't want to correct their mistake. When they finally did, it took them an hour.
