Very authentic Chinese food. I stuck to Shanghainese foods and standards like hot and sour soup. Very pleasantly surprised. The only thing is not enough tofu/wood ear mushrooms in hot and sour soup.

Live close to SL-often call for takeout on my way home.Love the shrimp & miso soups - taste delicious & perfect to calm an unsettled stomach which has been a problem recently.Also love the handmade dumplings,kung pao chicken & lamb w/scallions. YUM!

The spring rolls are smaller than I expected yet very good. The chicken and broccoli were good - not great. The portion was good for one person. Too expensive for an average overall meal.

Food was waiting for me when I arrived, hot and ready to go. The crispy beef was truly crispy and delicious! Kung Pao chicken is probably my favorite Chinese dish and Shanghai Lounge never fails to remind me why. Atmosphere is great too!

This was my first time ordering from Shanghai Lounge. Two positive impressions and one negative one: The food was saucy, but not greasy and I really appreciate that. They delivered very quickly. On the not so great side, the flavors were rather dull. I had to add tons of soy sauce. The chefs need to amp up the flavor. May or may not order from them again.
