Ordered at 5:24 at 7:44 order still not received. Will never order again. I understand busy nights. I understand staffing issues. When an orders takes more than 2.5hrs the customer needs to know up front. Period. Still hungry still no food.

The delivery driver scoffed when I signed the recipe and said "No tip?" But I clearly tipped 20% when I placed my order. Does the tip not go to the driver? So confused.

we always get delivery from Lucky Star on Oleander. Every delivery driver we've had has been very nice and honestly the wait hasn't been that long, despite some of the reviews I read on yelp. I've been very satisfied.
