Enjoyed everything we ordered. Was fresh & still warm when it was delivered. Only negative was we included a tip for the delivery when we ordered & the delivery person expected an additional tip. Hope he got it when he returned to the restaurant.

I ordered chicken terriyaki, they gave me salmon terriyaki, and the delivery person was so rude screaming about not picking up his call, the worst service ever, how you going to give me the wrong food

Took 90 minutes to get food, tempura was cold so definitely didn’t want to eat the shrimp ones and the sushi was not the right temp so didn’t feel comfortable eating that either.

Quick delivery. Quality was good. No complaints. One thing though, Beyond Menu has different prices vs. ordering directly through the restaurant. I'll probably call the restaurant next time.

This app was so easy to use. Delivery was fast 30mins. Friendly and polite delivery person. Food was packaged perfectly and everything provided, even received extra tempura!

It took about 1.5 hours to get the delivery, granted it was raining out. I also accidentally put a duplicate order in the cart. I realized right after ordering and called the restaurant. I was told I could not cancel the item and get a refund because I ordered on an app. I am still waiting to find out if the app is going to refund me for that.
