I placed this order online and accidentally had set it up for pickup. I called East Moon immediately and let them know my mistake. The young lady I talked to said they would make the change and get it right out to us. In the background I heard her talk to the driver. I heard the other person say, " It's okay the tip is already there any way." After waiting a long time I called and was told our order was on the shelf and would be on it's way. We waited another long time, I called back and was told our order was sitting waiting to be picked up. I told them about the earlier call to change to delivery. I was told they would send it out right away. I mentioned the it would probably be cold by now, it had been setting on the shelf for a really long time. She said the order would be hot when we get, they keep them hot. We have been long time customers and loved the food and the service. The last several times we have had food delivered and the quality has been iffy, at best, and very disappointing.
