We've been going here for a long time. I love the food, but simple things, like having the order ready in a timely manner, actually having your order and the flux inside the restaurant to pickup your order might put this in the box for a few months.

LOVE THIS SUSHI. Honestly, the best sushi in Boston for the price. Fish is fresh, flavors are amazing, and I really like the way it was packaged (each roll separate). This is my go to for sushi!!

There was no ETA to pickup given when I ordered, I went in about 10 minutes and it took another 20 for the food, an ETA to pickup would be helpful as I ordered online to save time and that didn't work so well. The food was good though!

Yummy sushi and even better delivery experience! Our delivery guy really surprised and delighted us with his upbeat contagious attitude. I don't usually like being called "honey" by a stranger but he's genuine and friendly attitude made me call him "honey" right back and I'm pretty sure we're best friends now. :-)

Veryyy slow service food was great but it took 45 mnts for them to make the food there goes my lunch time even tho i order ahead i had to wait there for 35 more minutes after ordering. Soo not convenient.

I usually go to the Beach Street restaurant, but if you have ever been to Chinatown, you know how crazy the parking situation is! I decided to try the Franklin Street site in hopes of finding a parking spot. Success! My take out order was complete and ready for me when I arrived. The sushi was the same excellent quality, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to have my business. Thank you Avana.

Hi - the food tasted amazing. We had asked that each entrée be labeled so we could sort them out but they forgot. We also asked for extra spicy mayo which they didn't include. Everything tasted great though!

Great for takeout when ordered at least 20 minutes ahead of time. Busy but there is a person dedicated to handling takeout orders at lunch time. I like to order the base lunch special when I'm not too hungry - a great deal! Adding an extra roll is a good deal too and reasonably filling.

The Nigiri and Maki were both tasty but WAY too small (mouthsize bites are the right size and both were much smaller than I've had elsewhere). They didn't give us our complete order either, so when it's busy, make sure you double check

My food was great. Although I ordered Raw Salmon, I got Raw Tuna. Where I had already walk back to work, I was content to eat the Raw Tuna as I have had that before. Next time I hope to get the Salmon. It was nice to try the Punchu Sauce as a nice alternative to just Soy Sauce. Thanks!
