The beef wouldn’t cook throughly with the broth and wasn’t fully cooked like times I’ve previously picked them up. Sticky rice was hard and cold. Missing hoisin sauces on side and no jalapeños

Not sure what happened here. They gave us rice instead of noodles for the pho. I also asked for them to sub soy chicken for regular chicken in the noodle salad (and called after placing the order to confirm they could) and they didn't. This used to be our go-to spot but it seems like things have changed.

Frustrating the menu from the shop is not the same as the one online. The prices are also different. Most by fifty cents to a dollar. Ordered over the phone for years. Now they won't talk calls. This doesn't deliver

Great food at a great price. This noodle dish combined beef, shrimp, vegetables, basil in a just spicy sauce that goes down great after a workout.
