We enjoy Romanza. The people are very nice when we dine in and the service is always good when we order delivery. Everything comes hot and fresh. The french fries are even crispy which isn't often true with delivery.

Ordering for Romanza on BeyondMenu is not as user friendly as it should be. For example, when ordering the lasagna as a meal, you should be able to choose either soup or salad and pick the salad dressing with it. On BeyondMenu you do not get to make that choice. As a result, while I wanted a salad and received one (50/50 chance of it being correct), I did not get the salad dressing I would have liked. Other delivery services offer a better menu layout for ordering.
