I've been a active customer at this establishment for over a year now and I have never had the difficulty I had with my order like I did yesterday. The delivery guy was in a complete rush and the order was not fully accurate. It cost myself and coworkers to use our 30 minute lunch time to rush during our break. In addition, when calling back about the order I felt very disrespected with the difficult time I received when explaining my order was incorrect. Also the steak and cheese grinder I ordered hot, was cold. I did appreciated the manager calling back to confirm the order again and confirming he was remaking the orders that were incorrect.
