Ordered teriyaki chicken off the lunch menu (price 8.20), received teriyaki chicken from the entree menu (price 12.20). Food was good but I was initially confused if that was my order or not when paying.

Love the buy 2 rolls get 1 free! We order at least 6 every time. We love sushi from sushi Ai!!! Can’t wait till they open back up for dine in (all you can eat sushi for lunch) that’s our favorite.

We've been eating here for years. We fell in love with Sushi AI and felt the O'Fallon location at K & N was tops. This was our 1st pickup to go, due to quarantine. The sushi was as amazing as always!

the crab rangoon was disappointing, the seaweed salad was great as well as the california rolls. The appearance and presentation was very eye appealing. easy to place order on line and fast pick up.

fresh , delicious sushi and fried rice. presentation is good also. soy sauce, napkin and utensil included without asking. I like how the shrimp on the fried rice is grilled, not boiled. best tasting fried rice I've ever had. Sushi is always fresh

The online order process was simple. The sushi rolls were decent. The fried rice had very little flavor. The ""steak" portion of the friend rice and yaki soba was full of gristle. I would go back for the rolls, but never again for the rest of it. Almost $70.00 Disappointing.

No one at the location knew what Beyond Menu was. I went to get my order that said would be ready at 2:51, they had no clue what I was talking about. Very dissapointed.

I have eaten here several times and unfortunately they don't seem to be getting any better. Presentation of sushi was very sloppy the avocado was not fresh. Will not be going back to O'Fallon, sushi ai in zumbehl is way better in service, professionalism and most importantly the food

I'm always happy with this location. They do great to-go. Just as fresh/professional as in house. They also always give you soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, and chopsticks. I have NEVER had to wait to pick up my to-go order.

Great online ordering system made getting a to go order seamless. Quality was good, one roll not tightly rolled. Service was good when picking up the order and prepared quickly.

Regular Rolls to go in about 15-20 minutes. The only thing to be aware of is if you order "hot" sushi like a tempura roll, and regular sushi, that they are put in the same box and can be not as hot or not as cold as expected. Still tastes great. They also always give you chopsticks and plenty of soy sauce!
