I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ANOTHER STAR EXCEPT THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ORDER...FOR EX.....CALL MY PHONE SINCE CANT ALWAYS HEAR DOOR BELL..THE DID NOT AND WHEN WE WENT TO FRONT OF HOUSE THEY WERE BUZZING LIKE CRAZY WHICH YOU CANT HEAR IN BACK OF THE HOUSE....ALSO DO NOT PUT COLD TEA IN SAME BAG AS HOT FOOD....THEY PUT THE COLD TEA WITH THE HOT FOOD...WHAT IS THE POINT OF WRITING INSTRUCTIONS.??

Empire 19 is fine, they get the 4 stars. Order from them all the time. The Beyond Menu app is terrible. Will not use again. It defaulted to pickup instead of delivery. When it made me go out to register it made me redo my order. Good restaurant, use a different app.
