It was Labor day and we had our oldest daughter home from college so my wife and I thought we'd let her choose what she wanted for family dinner before heading back to Lincoln. She chose Grand Fortune which we have been going to for the last 13 years. We ordered online and picked it up. After we arrived back at the house and started dishing everything out the girls noticed that both the Kung Pao chicken and the Szechaun beef were very under cooked, not terrible for the beef but not good for the chicken, we were missing a Hot and sour soup and our Lo Mein. So I bagged up the beef and chicken and the online receipt and headed back to the restaurant. The staff took the beef and chicken back after I ripped a piece of chicken in half to show them how translucent and pink it was inside. They said it would be about 10 minutes to correct. It took about 20 minutes and they did add the correct soup and Lo Mein. Kinda of a hassle when we were trying to save time on dinner so we could spend more time with our daughters. I would probably have expected them to comp the order because it was was so fouled up, no pun intended.
