Ordered online and it took 1 hour to get . Had coupon for free crab rangoon that i made note of in special instructions and did not recieve. Ordered a 2 liter bottle of soda and get 2 cans instead. Staff could care less and look underage.

The food was very good. Mr. Chen no longer accepts payment via Beyond Menu, and they don't accept Discover cards in the store. Two serious shortcomings for me.

The egg foo young, wonton soup and egg rolls were tasty enough. The only bad taste was because some take out proprietors offer free items on twenty dollar orders, but mr chen charges extra for extra gravy.

Service was excellent. I actually got to Mr. Chen's a few minutes early, and they very kindly put the order together as quickly as possible so I didn't have to sit there long at all. Very nicely packaged, everything exactly as I had ordered it. This is a very nice place to get pick up.

Lo Mein doesn't say it comes with rice so I ordered rice. I recommend putting that the Lo Mein comes with rice

Never had a problem with the food. I order the same thing everytime and it tastes the same everytime. Place usually comes within 30min - 1 hour depending on when you order. Ordering online is easier than calling.
