When more than an hour after placing our order the food still had not arrived, I called the restaurant to check up on it and the woman said that the delivery person had left over a half an hour earlier. By the time our food arrived 15 minutes after that conversation, we were disappointed that the food was cold. When we followed up with the restaurant, they did discount our food which was appreciated.
