The food is amazing! I wish I could give them 5 stars...however half my order was forgotten so the delivery driver had to make two trips. I asked for no miso soup because no one in my family eats it and they gave it to me anyway. I also asked for no chopsticks or soy packets because I have my own and don't want to be wasteful...they gave me some anyway. Delicious food but the delivery and order preparation really needs some work.

I enjoyed the food, but the service was the worst it has ever been from this restaurant, and I have ordered from them before and also have gone personally to the restaurant. It took over a hour and half to get my food delivered last night and that was already passed 8:00pm which is too late for me to eat dinner anyway. And I had ordered online at 6:29pm, and had to eat a half bagel before the dinner came at 8:15pm last night!

It's 90 minutes and still no food. I called the restaurant and they didn't care. I don't even care how the food is. They said he had been out delivering for 20 minutes. I'm sure the food will be cold

They put sauce on the amaebi heads, which ruins them. Sabagari is basically 1-2 pieces of mackerel with tons of pickled ginger. I was thinking it'd be fresh grated. The wings are very fried & greasy.
