Food was solid, as usual, but the delivery was annoying. Ordered in advance for a later time - 7pm. Food came at 6:30. I asked for 7 because I couldn’t eat it at 6:30 so it just sat for 30 minutes.

For a take-out joint, the food is consistently REALLY good. Their Singapore noodles are perfect and probably the best I've had. Parking is horrendous and you need to figure that out a bit, but otherwise, really great food! Family business.
