Crispy noodles were stale. Sweet and pungent shrimp was soggy with an unpleasant texture. Egg foo young tasted good. Pork bao was mostly dough with very little pork filling.

Order process was easy, food was steaming hot and delicious, order was correct and it came pretty quick. Very happy with the portion size. Egg rolls were tasty but greasy, although they were free so I can't complain too much. Overall I would definitely order again.

usually it's good, but the mochi ice cream was inedible. it must have been stale or something because the the rice was chunky and gross. pretty disappointing considering that this place is not cheap. post stickers were tasty. chicken fried rice was just ok.

We have ordered from Lotus for years. However...... ordering online has become a problem. There is an option for a choice of rice with each entree. We choose brown rice, pay more for it, and then for the past three orders it has not been delivered. We have to call and have them come back with the rice. Ugh.

Great selection of dishes but something was tingling in the back of my throats after eating it. Wonder what was added in the cooking. I can also tasted lots of sugar in the sauce.

We ordered from the Lunch Special and the food was good overall and the delivery was faster than the ETA we were given. However, the Lunch Special menu said that we were supposed to get fried wontons with each one of our orders and when our food was delivered we realized they were missing. We gave Lotus a call to find out what happened to our wontons. The answer they gave was that they were discontinued and that they were working on a new menu. We weren't given anything in place of the wontons and still paid the full price of what was listed: Main dish, Soup of the day, egg roll, fried wontons and steamed/fried rice.

The food here is delicious and clean. The soup is very hardy and comes with a lot of veggies. I recommend this place. We couldn't stop eating!
