Horrible customer service!!! Never received my order after 50 minutes. They forgot my apt. # then driver left. I called to see about my order and was told that they would replace my entire order in 20 minutes. Why so short now? Ridiculous. STAY CLEAR

crab puffs were a bit disappointing, two had no filling to speak of. Combo fried rice, while abundant, had beef that was overdone and chewy. Teriyaki chicken was great! Skewers of chicken that were moist and tender. But 2.25 for a 12 oz. bottle of water? not cool.

The food was delicious! But we were missing some soup and they gave us extra egg rolls. Some of the food was spilled inside the bags.

The food was delicious as always, but the delivery took a while and the order showed up without one of our entrees. When I called the restaurant they were apologetic and got the missing entree out to us as quickly as possible even though it was after delivery hours and they threw in free egg rolls. Hey, shit happens - they handled it well!

I love this place, best Egg Foo Young in Austin, but the chow mein was inedible this time! It was like boiled chicken and onions in an oily, slimy, watery sauce. The chicken smelled weird, it had been floating in water so long, god I'm seriously getting nauseated just typing about this because I'm re-living the experience. It was really bad *gags*. Honestly going to have to take a month or two off from this place, and will never order the chow mein again. Delivery was excellent as always. It's always the same dude and he's on top of it.

Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty, and the portions were huge. I ordered "extra chicken" with the lemon chicken just to see what would happen, and got enough for 5 or 6 people. The mu shu pork and Mongolian beef were each enough for 3 or 4. My only complaint is that while the chicken itself had a light, lemony bouquet, the sauce didn't taste of anything but sweet. When I order lemon chicken, I want a bright, citrus sauce.

The food arrived hot! All containers were full to bursting with sweet and sour shrimp, broccoli beef, sesame chicken and pork chow mein. The food needed more flavor though. They lost a star for not adding soy sauce packets or hot mustard. I ordered everything medium spiciness and it was all very bland.

I enjoy ordering from Oriental Express. Each time, no matter what I order, it has always been great. The food variety and quality is awesome. If for some reason they do not have the dessert I request, I get a call to ask if I would like a substitute.

This is our favorite spot in our neighborhood. But today they were understaffed, swamped and messed up several orders! They also forgot to pack my steamed rice. I hope they hire more staff cuz a lot of their regulars may just get fed up!
